Imagine you are the CEO of a company,  the company of You. As CEO, you’re responsible for ensuring every department runs smoothly: physical health, career, relationships, finances, and emotional balance.

If one department collapses, the whole organisation feels the strain. We invest heavily in some areas of this company. Thousands of pounds go into physical fitness: gym memberships, sports clubs, personal trainers. We treat our cars with the same seriousness: MOTs, servicing, insurance, breakdown cover.
But what about the part of the company that underpins every decision, every relationship, every waking moment , our mind wellness fitness?

Mind Wellness or Mind fitness doesn’t yet have an obvious training plan or service manual. In the West, we’re only just beginning to recognise its importance, and often it’s packaged as a luxury, a crisis intervention, or an app. Wearables and digital tools give us useful data, but data is not wellness.

Where does Mind Wellness begin?

Every day, in the quiet moments before anything goes wrong.
In the thoughts you repeat.
In the way you speak to yourself.
In the choices you make today that shape the person you’ll become tomorrow.

We often seek therapy only when something feels broken , when the challenge has already taken root inside us.
